Relaxing Tip #1

Although the primary focus of this site is wooden benches, there will also be regular posts about how to relax. One overstated but very true technique is deep breathing. When you are breathing too fast, your mind and body feels rushed, which promotes stress and enables it to build up. Therefore, feel free to sit down on a wooden bench and take some time to breathe. After a few minutes, I guarantee you will feel much better.
